How do I order a phone for a new employee?
Equipment can be ordered by completing the online Customer Service Order Form.

How long does it take to complete my order?
Most orders can be completed within 5 business days. Orders for dedicated lines and vendor circuit moves and changes can take considerably longer.
Can I get my order processed any sooner than five (5) business day?
Yes. A $75 expedite fee applies for orders that need to be completed outside of our normal SLA.
What additional hardware and software are available?
