About Us
The Occupational Health Program is located at Fannin Tower (Suite 2000). We provide health services and information to Baylor College of Medicine employees and learners. A few of our services are available to the public such as flu vaccinations. View a listing of our services below:
Flu Vaccines
Update as of May 6, 2026: Flu Vaccines for the 2025-2026 season have concluded. We anticipate offering flu vaccines for the 2026-2027 season. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
Flu Attestation Policy
- Do not send your flu vaccination documentation directly to OHP.
- Keep documentation of your flu vaccination, especially if you received it externally. Most hospitals and clinical facilities will require proof of flu vaccination.
- If you are enrolled in a bona fide clinical trial (example: one with an NCT number), be prepared to provide proof of enrollment. You will be considered compliant with Baylor College of Medicine with proper documentation.
- Baylor requires faculty, staff, and students to complete the attestation.
- Read more about Baylor's Influenza and COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. (login required)

The Baylor College of Medicine Occupational Health Program requires all international visitors and observers to be in compliance with certain immunization requirements.
Fit Test Scheduling and Training
Fit testing is done by the Office of Environmental Safety (OES). Fit testing is done annually. At the conclusion of a successful fit test, you will receive a laminated card listing your approved N95 respirator(s) manufacturer, model and size for your reference.
Medical Clearance
Medical clearance is required from the BCM Occupational Health Program (OHP) prior to N95 or other respirator fit testing. This only needs to be completed once, not annually.
You may have already completed your medical clearance, and if so, it does not need repeating. To see if you have, you can log in to check. Logging in requires your BCM credentials and may also require a VPN connection. If you have trouble logging into either system, please contact the IT Help Desk at 713-798-8737.
If you’ve been with BCM since April 2025, log in to https://www.bcm.edu/MyOHP. The Respirator Medical Evaluation is available in the Required Immunizations and Forms section from the home screen. It will show “Compliant” if it has been completed and reviewed.
If you’ve been with BCM prior to April 2025, log in to our Legacy system (OHPIS) instead. You’ll be able to see a complete service history of your records. If you see an entry labeled “Questionnaire-Resp.-TB,” then medical clearance is complete.
For questions about the medical clearance, contact OHP at occhealth@bcm.edu.
