Packet Pickup
Before the race, you will need to pick up your packet. The packet will also include the roadmap, the waiver, your bib, and your T-shirt.
Packet Pickup will be held on Oct. 31 at Main Baylor in the E Hallway from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. You will have the option to pick up your packet day of the race starting at 7 a.m.
Pre-Race and Gear Check
Check-in and pre-race activities will start at 7:30 a.m. There you will be able to pick up race day packets as well as drop off personal items in a small plastic bag which will be provided in your packets. We will also have multiple computers set up for same-day registration. If you do end up registering the day of, please plan on showing up at 8:30 a.m. at the latest because the process does take a while.
Parking
Option 1: Park in the Texas Medical Center - We have been able to secure free parking in the Blue Lot and underneath the McNair building on Saturday, Nov. 1.
Option 2: Walk/run/bike - As a race promoting wellness, we encourage you to walk, run, or bike if you live in the vicinity of the medical center.
Option 3: Carpooling! - Take this opportunity to do a healthy activity in an eco-friendly manner.
Post-Race
Join us after the race for fun post-race festivities, student booths, and games for the kids! Race awards will be distributed for the top male and female as well as team awards.
Race results will be available immediately after completion of the race right next to the finish line, and can be accessed several days after the race on this site. Timing will be provided by Fast Lane Services and photography by Baumeyer Photography.

Can I transfer my registration to another individual if I cannot make it?
A: No, we do not allow transferring of registration from one individual to another for any reason.
