The Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery hosts local faculty and outstanding regional or national speakers, who present on a range of surgical topics in weekly grand rounds.
When active, Surgery Grand Rounds are held every Wednesday from 7 - 8 a.m. in Alkek N315 at Baylor College of Medicine, 1 Baylor Plaza. Health professionals from other departments at Baylor College of Medicine and from other affiliated institutions are welcome to attend.

Target Audience and Needs: Physicians, residents, fellows and other healthcare professionals need to be regularly updated on the most innovative and up to date surgical and professional activities in the field of surgery.
Educational Methods: Educational methods will include lectures, case presentations, literature review and panel discussion.
Activity Evaluation: Participants will be asked to complete a session evaluation.
