Essential Surgery Skills CME Conference
Sept. 18-23, 2023
This six-day CME Conference offers hands-on experience with tissue and model-based simulations in preparation to face many of the emergent and essential surgical procedures crucial to operating in lower resource contexts. The curriculum explores the challenges of surgery in areas of conflict, austerity, and disaster. Content is designed for both the practicing physician as well as residents and fellows who currently or plan to practice in resource-limited contexts.

Advances in Critical Care
Oct. 13 - 14, 2023
This annual conference Department of Surgery at Baylor College Medicine, will features speakers from the Texas Medical Center and around the country from all aspects of critical care.

Metabolic Syndrome and Severe Obesity: A Modern Multidisciplinary Approach

The 2024 Metabolic Syndrome and Severe Obesity conference will provide the learners with the current state of metabolic syndrome as a disease of epidemic proportions, our current understanding of its causes, and how available treatments help reverse this disease.
