Faculty are often 1:1 with a fellow for a truly engaged learning experience. Every day and every case is an opportunity to learn. Our fellows and faculty make a difference in individual lives every day and through larger efforts. Our team writes books and book chapters, creates manuscripts, provides community resources to diverse groups, presents nationally and internationally, receives grants (SAMHSA, APA, AACAP), and participates in statewide programs to treat youth at school and educate primary care partners. Our fellows often go on to other training programs such as Forensic and Addiction Psychiatry.
Our fellows frequently stay in Texas and even closer in Houston. BCM offers endless opportunities to join organizations (community or academic) or hang your shingle. Come join us!
