A citation in the Acknowledgments section of a manuscript is required for routine projects with samples that passed our Sample Quality Control. The following groups should adhere to the acknowledgement instructions noted below.

Inclusion of GARP staff in authorship of papers should be considered for projects with substantial intellectual involvement (conception, design of project, critical input, or original ideas) of the Core Director and/or projects that required novel laboratory methods and/or substantial adjustments to existing workflows (e.g. where challenging sample types that failed our Sample Quality Control were processed for library construction).
