About the Core
The Single Cell Genomics Core is dedicated to advancing research through cutting-edge single-cell analysis technologies. We offer a range of services, including single cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics. Our facility is equipped with state-of-art instruments, including the 10X Genomics Chromium X which enables high-throughput single cell gene expression profiling, 10X Genomics Xenium platform, and the Vizgen Merscope system, which provide high-resolution spatial mapping of RNA within tissues.
CPRIT Comprehensive Cancer
Epigenomics Core is a new CPRIT supported core facility that leverages existing infrastructure and resources with a mission of keeping pace with emerging technologies and instrumentation and the changing needs of the cancer research community. The aim of the core is to close the technology gap and enable collaborative research groups to successfully utilize current and emerging epigenomics and single cell technologies in their research with cost efficiency and high quality. To qualify for CPRIT subsidy, users would need to sign the agreement.
