- A critical titer for Anti-Kell and Anti-c (little c) was changed to ≥1:4.
- Definition of “previously affected pregnancy” was updated.
- Rhesus antigens were added to the tables.
- cfDNA section was updated with an example of pretest counseling. The figures have been updated to reflect these changes and for increased visibility.
Guideline Updates:
- New algorithms created for diagnosis of VTE and PE as well as delivery and postpartum recommendations.
- The PE algorithm removes VQ study as the gold standard.
