About Us

The Department of Radiation Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine is dedicated to excellence in patient care, teaching and research. The department, established in July 2014, is a component of Dan L Duncan Cancer Center, which provides a remarkable environment for research and technology development.

Our multidisciplinary team of experts is at the forefront of developing the newest treatment methods for improved patient outcomes. Baylor's patients have access to some of the most advanced treatments in the world.

Our four-year residency training program trains top-notch residents who have direct access to their attending faculty and gain vast clinical knowledge quickly due to the high number of cases presented in our rotation sites.

Active research studies are conducted in strict accordance with industry standards with the goal of understanding the causes, diagnoses, treatment, and prevention of oncologic diseases.
