Digital Governance


Digital governance is a discipline that focuses on establishing clear accountability for digital strategy, guidelines, policy and standards. The Digital Governance Subcommittee operates under the authority of the Information Executive Committee (IEC), and is comprised of core members from Communications and Community Outreach, Marketing, and Information Technology with input from extended stakeholders when needed.


Standards for Use and Management of Digital Assets




Institutional Web Management
Site Creation/Editorial – Website access, content creation and modification, social media, retirement of old assets.

Office of Information Technology via BCM Service Portal
Network and infrastructure - Security safety, hardware and software, mobile application.

Marketing and Branding
Brand guidelines and healthcare content.
