Tuition and Fees are billed twice per year, in the Fall and the Spring. The due date for payment of Fall charges is Sept. 1* and the due date for payment of Spring charges is Feb. 1*.
*Excludes students in the School of Tropical Medicine and students in the second year of the Physician Assistant Program.
Students may remit payment online via the BCM Student Portal. Payment methods accepted online include:
- ACH/E-Check from a Checking or Savings Account
- Credit Card*
- Debit Card*
*There is a 3% processing fee for credit and debit card payments.
Paying By Check or Money Order
All checks and money orders should be made payable to Baylor College of Medicine and include the student’s name and Student ID number in the memo. Check and money order payments may be submitted either in-person or by mail.
Paying in Person
The cashier's window, located in Main Baylor at T-140, is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to accept in-person payments. Students who wish to drop off payment when the cashier's window is closed may do so using the night deposit box to the around the corner to the right of the cashier's window.
