All Core Equipment List

The ATC cores currently operate and maintain almost 200 pieces of capital equipment spanning a wide range of disciplines. This list includes all major equipment items across all of our cores in broad categories, and you should be able to link from any equipment item to the core operating it.

  • This list does not include equipment available at other nearby institutions as part of the MOU. This is BCM operated equipment only.
  • An item's presence on this list does not mean that the item is necessarily available for direct use by core users.
  • Many items are operated by staff only, and some equipment is reserved for use in internal core workflows.
  • While we endeavor to keep the list up to date, if you are looking for something not on the list, it's worth contacting the most relevant core to ask.

Most cores will be somewhat flexible to accommodate the needs of BCM scientists, so if you see a unique piece of equipment in the list which is not listed as an available service of the core, please contact the core director and explain your need. In many cases some sort of accommodation can be made, and the core director may have knowledge of other nearby facilities which will better serve your needs. The ATC is here to serve the needs of BCM scientists, regardless of your position, don't hesitate to contact cores for help or advice.
