The Zeiss LSM 880 with Airyscan FAST is a multi-purpose, visible light super-resolution/confocal laser scanning microscope.
It is equipped with a 34 channel spectral array with laser lines at 405nm, 458nm, 488nm, 514nm, 561nm, 594nm and 633nm. It also features the Airyscan FAST detection system which combines ultra-high resolution down to 120nm with high speed acquisition.
The microscope is inverted and is outfitted with a full incubation chamber for regulating temperature and CO² for live cell imaging.
