Jamail Specialty Care Center Information

Jamail visitors and guests may now park in the McNair Yellow Garage, a secure and covered facility offering over 600 spaces. Conveniently located for Jamail patients, the garage is accessible via Wyndale Street and Robertson Road. The following options are available to help you access our Jamail location during this time.

Self-Parking

    • 31 mins - 2 hrs: $6
    • 2 -3 hrs: $12

Directions to Yellow Garage: 

  • From Cambridge Street: Turn onto Butler Blvd from Cambridge St Continue on Butler Blvd for about 800 ft until you reach the stop sign at Robertson Rd. Take a right on Robertson Rd and the entrance to the Yellow parking garage will be on your right. If you reach the stop sign at Wyndale St, then you have gone too far. Park and follow the signs to enter through the back of the Jamail Care Center.
  • From Old Spanish Trail: Turn onto Robertson Rd from Old Spanish Trail. Continue past the Green and Orange garages. Continue past the stop sign at the intersection of Robertson Rd and Butler Blvd. The entrance to the Yellow parking garage will be on your right.

    Bring your ticket with you and follow the signs to enter through the back of the Jamail Care Center.

Directions to ADA Parking Lot

  • From Cambridge Street: Turn onto Butler Blvd from Cambridge St. After about 180 ft, take the first right to the front entrance of Jamail into the designated Valet/Patient Drop-off area. To the right you will see an entrance to the ADA parking lot.
  • From Old Spanish Trail: Turn onto Robertson Rd from Old Spanish Trail. Continue past the Green and Orange garages. At the stop sign at the intersection of Robertson Rd and Butler Blvd take a right onto Butler Blvd. After about 650 ft (right past the pedestrian cross walk) take a left into the designated Valet/Patient Drop-off for Jamail. ADA parking is to the right of the building.

Valet & Patient Drop-off/Pickup

  • Available in front of the building (Jamail)
  • Valet Payment: Credit cards and cash accepted. Taxes will apply on credit card transactions.
  • Valet services are available from 6:00 am – 5:30 pm at the following rates:
    • 0-2 hrs: $14
    • 2+ hrs: $18
  • Patients' families and visitors are welcome to use the valet area to drop off patients and then proceed to park their vehicles.

Metro Lift
The Metro Lift drop-off location will remain at the front of the building.

Rideshare
All rideshare drop-offs will be relocated to the curbside, located right after the entrance to the original Jamail lot.
