Study of MK-7262 and Enlicitide for Patients with High Lipoprotein(a)

A Phase 2, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of MK-7262 as Monotherapy and When Coadministered with Enlicitide Decanoate in Adults with Elevated Lipoprotein(a)

This study will evaluate the effects of taking an investigational drug that lowers lipoprotein(a), called MK-7262, in combination with enlicitide, which reduces low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), on lowering elevated lipoprotein(a) and LDL-C levels in the blood. Eligibility criteria include:

• Lp(a) ≥150 nmol/L during screening
• Age ≥18 years
