Evaluation of Psychoactive Substances in People in Past Opioid Use

The study evaluates the safety, tolerability, and effects of several psychoactive substances in adults with a history of opioid use. Participants complete screening and qualification procedures followed by a series of closely monitored inpatient study sessions that include questionnaires, vital-sign assessments, blood sampling, and other measures of how the body and mind respond to the study substances.
