Description
The Dronabinol Adjunct for Reducing Pain (DARP) Study is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial evaluating the safety and potential benefit of dronabinol as an add-on treatment for adults with chronic low back pain who are receiving stable opioid therapy. Participants are assigned to receive either dronabinol or placebo over an approximately eight-week treatment period, with study visits used to monitor pain, physical functioning, medication use, side effects, and overall safety.
