Exploring Genetic Links Between Pediatric and Adult Neurodegenerative Disorders

Advances in human genomics are revealing unexpected links between lysosomal storage diseases (LSDs) and neurodegenerative conditions such as Parkinson's disease (PD). We are studying the family histories of individuals diagnosed with LSDs to determine if there is a link between LSDs and PD. The study consists of a 30-60 minute telephone interview to obtain family history and ask questions about symptoms of neurologic disorders. The target population is the parents of children diagnosed with LSDs and/or individuals diagnosed with LSDs aged 18 and over. For more information eligible participants can contact:
