Norlight : A Study of ACP-211 in Adults With Major Depressive Disorder
Description
Norlight : A Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Parallel Group, Efficacy and Safety Study of ACP-211 Monotherapy in Adults With Major Depressive Disorder and Inadequate Response to Antidepressant Treatment
Taking prescribed depression medication but still feel low, drained, or disconnected from the things you once loved?
Depressive episodes can be hard to treat, and current antidepressants do not work for everyone.
This clinical research study is testing a new investigational drug, taken under supervision, to see if it can help reduce depression symptoms in people who are not receiving adequate symptom relief from their current antidepressant.
You may be able to participate if you:
- Are between 18 and 65 years old
- Have been taking your current antidepressant medication for at least eight weeks
- Have tried two or more antidepressant medications without finding enough relief in your current episode

Study Participants may be compensated for study-related expenses.
