CBT Augmentation to Promote Medication Discontinuation in Pediatric OCD (H-52089)

This study aims to examine whether youth with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) who benefit from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) in addition to taking their antidepressants can discontinue their medication without relapse over 24 weeks.
Eligibility criteria include:
- Youth between the ages of 7 and 17
- Youth who have OCD
- Youth who are currently taking medications for OCD
