A Phase 2, Multicenter, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of NV-5138 in Adults with Treatment-Resistant Depression

Have you been diagnosed with depression, and have medications not helped completely?

You may qualify for a clinical research study that will help us evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an investigational medication used in conjunction with your current antidepressant for symptoms of depression in people who have not responded well to treatment before.

To be eligible, you must be at least 18 years old with diagnosis of depression and currently taking an antidepressant medication but not fully benefiting from it.

Participants will receive study-related medical care and investigational study medication at no cost and may be eligible for compensation for time and travel.
