The purpose of this study is to find out more about an investigational drug. This study is designed to see what effect an investigational drug compared to placebo has on triglyceride levels in subjects with Familial Chylomicronemia Syndrome (FCS).

Participation will be up to a year and a half and involves up to 22 study visits. The visits are in person. Some visits may be done by a healthcare nurse in your home, for your convenience.

A travel service will be made available to you and a companion if needed, at no cost to you.
