- It may help you to figure out what things you avoid and what fix-its you use. This will help you better understand your anxiety.

- Think about how you act and what you do when you are feeling anxious.
- List out any common fix-its you use.
- Think about the things you avoid due to anxiety and list out any common avoidance behaviors you use.
