For example, Neil, who was really afraid of the dark in the beginning of LUNA, is now able to stay in bed by himself with two nightlights on. He also has some lights on in the hallway so he can go to the bathroom by himself in the dark. Although Neil is still afraid of the dark, he is not as scared as he used to be. So, Neil and his mom think they are ready to start a new mission plan. They looked back at Neil’s anxiety checklist and decided to start a new mission plan on his anxiety about being away from his mom.
This is Neil’s new mission plan. This example would be more similar to a mission plan for a young child.
