ALS Related Fatigue (H-54524)

The aim of this project is to develop a survey or scale to quantify fatigue and the factors that contribute to fatigue in ALS throughout the disease state. This study will include 3 main parts; first, we will hold focus groups to collect information about the lived experience of patients with ALS and fatigue, second, we will create and validate an ALS-specific fatigue severity scale, and third we will collect data related to fatigue longitudinally over a 6-month period.
