Residency Questionnaire Submission

Content

The determination of residency classification for tuition purposes is governed by statutes enacted by the Texas Legislature and rules and regulations promulgated by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. A student applicant is classified as either a resident of Texas or a non-resident for tuition purposes. An individual’s residency classification is based on information from his or her admission application. The student is responsible for registering under the proper residency classification.

The Baylor College of Medicine Residency Questionnaire must be completed before your interview date, if you have indicated Texas as your legal state of residence.

Note:

Residency for tuition purposes is governed by the Texas Education Code. Please be aware that because these rules are state statues, they are subject to change. For the complete rules and regulations, please check the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board website.
