Care of the Underserved Pathway

The four-year Care of the Underserved Pathway coordinates current offerings on underserved care and present them to students in a more formal and organized fashion across the four years. 

A certificate of completion is awarded. Designation of the pathway completion is included in the graduation brochure. Once you have decided on your commitment to a pathway, please complete this form to finalize your selection. Students must submit this form by Dec. 31 of the MS2 year.

Requirements

  • One foundational Elective: MS1 year
  • Capstone elective: MS2 year
  • Two clinical electives can be Ambulatory or Inpatient and can be two weeks or four weeks: MS3/MS4 year
  • End of Pathway Reflection paper

How to Commit to this Pathway?

To commit students must meet with Pathway Leadership during the fall term to review the program requirements and timeline.
