Box integration

Collaboration takes on new meaning with the Smartsheet and Box integration. The cloud apps are easy to use together and offer instant value. Teams can quickly share and collaborate on files related to specific projects with internal staff as well as external teams, including vendors clients and contractors. Some other benefits include:

  • Perfect for the Small Teams or Large Enterprise: Smartsheet and Box are easy to use, don't require IT to install or manage, and immediately deliver value to users
  • Add Structure, Save Time: Access files from Box in the context of your project or task
  • No Need to Upload New Versions: All changes made to documents in Box are instantly available in Smartsheet
  • Share Files with Teams Near and Far: Smartsheet's project sharing and row sending capabilities allow you to share files in Box with other team members with a click of the mouse

  • An IT form must be submitted in order to use SmartSheets
  • Go to the IT Software Catalog to submit the form or go straight to fill the form out
  • Once SmartSheets has been requested and approved, use your BCM username and password to access

What is my Smartsheet password?
Your Smartsheet password is the same as your Baylor ECA password, used for systems such as PC logins and email. Furthermore, when you change your BCM password in the future, it will automatically be synchronized with SmartSheets so your SmartSheet login experience will remain seamless. You will no longer have to remember another, SmartSheet-specific password.

I clicked on Your Company Account, but it tells me I’m unlicensed
Smartsheet Licenses are purchased, and are not automatically assigned to all BCM users. Please submit a Software Request form if you wish to utilize this software so a license can be purchased and assigned to your account. You will need to enter "Smartsheet" in the area titled "Software NOT listed above"
