AAMC Reaffirms Commitment to Principles of Health Equity and Diversity and Inclusion

Following recent tragic events, the Association of American Medical Colleges posted a statement on its website underscoring its commitment to you, our constituents at the nation’s medical schools and teaching hospitals. Baylor College of Medicine is a member of the AAMC, and we work closely with this organization on a variety of Congressional issues to have a strong and unified voice in Washington. Earlier this month the AAMC issued a statement on DACA regarding their plans to work with Congress to pass a permanent solution. We support their efforts on behalf of the nation’s medical schools.
