Laboratory for Translational Genomics
Uses state-of-art next-generation sequencing and microarray technologies to address questions about gene expression, epigenetics, genotyping, and genome sequencing.
Confocal Microscopy and Image Analysis Core
Provides instrumentation and expertise to support the acquisition, processing and analysis of fluorescence and bright-field micrographs.
Tissue Culture Lab
Provides instrumentation and expertise to support the establishment and maintenance of cell cultures as invitro models for a variety of tissues.
Stable Isotope Core Laboratory
Comprised of the Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry and the Gas/Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry Laboratories.
