Benefits and Reimbursements
- Medical and dental insurance at no cost for trainee
- Life Insurance (1.5 times annual salary)

- Three weeks paid vacation

- Interns will receive a $1,000 stipend to be used towards educational materials or reimbursement for USMLE Step 3
- Interns will be paid a stipend of $2,000 for attending orientation
- $1,000 relocation stipend for interns moving to Houston outside the Houston-Galveston metropolitan area
- Upper levels will receive up to $2,000 travel reimbursements to attend select pediatric meetings or $1,000 educational stipend to purchase educational material
- Upper levels will be reimbursed for American Board of Pediatrics fees to sit for the Pediatric Boards

- Reimbursement of two round trip ticket up to $2.500 for travels to your BIPAI assignment
- Reimbursement of hotel coverage for any lay over flights en-route to BIPAI assignment
- Up to $2,000 for baggage and any storage fees while at your BIPAI assignment
- Free Baylor College of Medicine Travel Clinic screening prior to your departure to your BIPAI assignment
- Up to $1,200 per month in rent while at your BIPAI assignment
- Travel and Hotel allowance to attend annual BIPAI Network Meeting during year abroad
