Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program Director's Message

Welcome and thank you for your interest in the Baylor College of Medicine Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency. Our program is a nationally and internationally recognized training program. We have a strong foundation established by pioneers in PM&R since our department’s inception in 1957. Through generations of trainees, alumni, and faculty, we carry on a proud tradition of advancing clinical care, research, and education in the field of PM&R. 

Our residency program strives to remain dynamic and relevant to the continuous evolution of our specialty. Fostering an inclusive training environment is a cornerstone of our mission, as we believe such an environment is vital to our goal of training future physiatrists who will lead and best serve the needs of our patients and the community – locally, nationally, and internationally.
