The fellow shares the responsibility for the medical and surgical management of patients referred to the Glaucoma Service of the Cullen Eye Institute. In addition, the fellow assists in the instruction of the resident assigned to the Service and serves as a consultant for the residents at Ben Taub Hospital and the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
