The Intent to Submit form facilitates efficient, time-saving communication between the PI and members of the Section Research Administration Team for budgeting, routing, editing, and other support.

For the best support, submit your proposal five business days before the sponsor deadline if BCM is the Prime. If your proposal is a Pass-Through (Sub In) submit your proposal 10 business days before the Prime’s deadline.
