Our trainees are selected from the top pediatric and internal medicine or med-peds programs across the country and represent diverse backgrounds both culturally and in their training experiences.
First-Year Fellows

Amanda joined the program through the pediatric track in 2022 after completing her an Masters in Public Health at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Mich. and pediatric residency training at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine Health Science Center in Oklahoma City, Okla. Prior to starting fellowship, she worked as a general pediatrician for 3 years in San Antonio and completed an advanced Autoinflammatory Skin and Joint Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine.

She joined the program through the pediatric track in 2022 after completing her pediatric residency training at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, Texas.

Ruchit joined the program through the internal medicine track in 2022 after completing his internal medicine residency training Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Prior to starting fellowship, he served as the chief resident for the Internal Medicine Residency Program.
Second-Year Fellows

Natalia joined the program through the pediatric track in 2021 after completing her pediatric residency training at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus, in Puerto Rico. Prior to starting fellowship, she worked as a pediatric hospitalist at Baymon Medical Center in Puerto Rico for one year.

Joshua joined the program through the pediatric track in 2021 after completing his pediatric residency at the Naval Hospital Bremerton in Bremerton, Wash. Prior to starting fellowship, he worked as a general pediatrician for three years.

Grant joined the program through the internal medicine track in 2021 after completing his internal medicine fellowship at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
