A Hub for the Nuclear Receptor Signaling Atlas - #DK8097748
Grant funding from NIDDK & NICHD
The aim of this grant is to maintain a web-based data and information resource for the nuclear receptor signaling community
Journal- Database Linkage: A Model for Effective Leverage of Biomedical Datasets
- #DK097748-03S1
Grant funding from NIDDK & NICHD
The aim of this grant is to explore the feasibility of linking between journal articles and user-friendly interfaces for mining datasets in those articles.
Interoperability of the Nuclear Receptor Signaling Atlas with the Pharmacogenomics Knowledgebase
Grant funding from NIDDK & NICHD
Members of the nuclear receptor superfamily mediate the actions of numerous prescription drugs and environmental toxicants and, as such, genes encoding these receptors constitute an important class of pharmacogenes, The aim of this grant is to establish automated interoperability between the Nuclear Receptor Signaling Atlas, a repository for pan-omics datasets in the field of nuclear receptor signaling, and the Pharmacogenomics Knowledgebase, a leading repository of curated information on pharmacogenes.
