Where We Work
While on pediatrics, our residents predominantly work at Texas Children's Hospital Main Campus, in the heart of the Texas Medical Center. In the 2016-17 U.S. News and World Report, Texas Children's was ranked #4 among pediatric hospitals in the nation. As a tertiary referral center, the patients and their diseases are incredibly diverse.
In addition to time spent at Texas Children's Hospital, there are a few months where pediatrics rotations are completed at Ben Taub Hospital (also in the medical center) or clinical sites outside of the medical center, specifically our general outpatient pediatrics rotation.
