Research Mentoring Foundations Want to become better in the most impactful practice for personal success? This two-part mentor training session is evidence-based and will support the development of competencies in more effective communications; alignment of expectations in research mentoring relationships; supporting your mentee's development towards independence; and addressing personal and systems-level behaviors that create a more equitable and inclusive environment.
