About Evenings With Genetics
Evenings with Genetics is a seminar series about genetics and your family’s health. This series offers the most current information on care and research for many genetic conditions and is open to the public.
Our goal is to highlight the advances in genetic research as well as encourage networking within our community.
The Evenings with Genetics seminars are sponsored by the Department of Molecular and Human Genetics at Baylor College of Medicine and Texas Children Hospital.

After the presentation, we will feature a panel of Baylor and Texas Children's Hospital health professionals who will discuss resources in the community, practical tips for day-to-day care, and transitioning from childhood to adulthood with an autism diagnosis, with an opportunity for Q&A.
At the event, there will be booths that will have information about our clinics, research opportunities that families can participate in, workshop information provided by the TCH social work team and other resources. Representatives from SPARK, the largest study of autism in history, will also be there to share information.
