Peer Coaching for Educators:

Peer Coaching and Review for Educators is a valuable mechanism to facilitate continuing improvement of faculty members' educational skills.

Mentor Moments:

Mentor Moments is a video series designed to help faculty better understand mentorship and build relationships both as a mentor and mentee.

Education Grand Rounds:

Baylor College of Medicine conducts an Education Grand Rounds sponsored by the School of Health Professions in collaboration with the Office of Faculty Development. This quarterly series of interactive development sessions is for faculty, staff, and learners across all Baylor departments, schools, and academic centers, who are interested in teaching, learning and assessment.

This video discusses feedback in medical education and ways for faculty to improve their feedback techniques.

TEACH-S Educational Symposium:

The TEACH-S Educational Symposium is a virtual one-day symposium focused on the Learning Environment of the Future with institutions such as UTHealth, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, University of Houston - College of Medicine, UTMB-Galveston, and Baylor College of Medicine.

Center for Teaching and eLearning:

The Center for Teaching and eLearning provides expertise in instructional design across various settings, including online, synchronous, and asynchronous modalities, hybrid or blended experiences, competency-based and face-to-face instruction.

Faculty Ed-Tech:

The Faculty Ed-Tech resources support BCM faculty, staff, and students with the successful implementation of education technology, regarding types of media (e.g. audio, video, text), technology applications, and hardware to support various delivery modes (online, in-person, and hybrid).

Division of Medical Education Research and Scholarship:

The Division of Medical Education Research and Scholarship (MERS), in the Office of the Senior Dean at Baylor College of Medicine, aims to support, collaborate on and promote educational research and scholarship.

Master Teachers Fellowship Program:

The Master Teachers Fellowship Program is designed to improve the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of individual faculty in the field of health professions and biomedical sciences education. This 24-month-long competency-based program develops educators through interactive programming, independent development and delivery of educational research.
