Pre-Award Research Administrator
I have been fortunate in my life to have a career I truly enjoy, working with investigators I greatly admire and colleagues who are both knowledgeable and generous with that knowledge. There is no course that teaches you all the intricacies of research administration….it is ever changing. Just when you think you “know it all”, new rules and regulations come along. That is part of the fun of it! Since I have over 25 years of research administration experience, I have been fortunate to watch young scientists grow into seasoned investigators with multiple grants and world wide respect in their individual fields. The success of all the investigators I have worked with all these many years, is why I enjoy my work so much.
