Professional Statement

Whether teen girls come to me for well-woman exams, painful periods, or contraceptive management, I spend time with them, giving them the chance to ask questions about their bodies in private. I enjoy counseling and educating teen girls about their changing bodies, drugs, alcohol, and safe sex. I have particular interests in addressing the gynecologic needs of girls who have lupus and girls with heavy periods.
