Taking care of the whole person means not only taking care of your physical health, but also your mental health. As part of our integrated team approach to primary care, our team of behavioral health clinicians and family medicine physicians work with patients and families to provide patient-centered care. We offer screenings and support for those with health behaviors (including their contribution to chronic medical illness), stress-related physical symptoms, substance abuse disorders and other mental health issues.
Several of our physicians have additional certification in primary care sports medicine. They provide Family Medicine patients with concussion management, exercises prescriptions, joint injections, sports injuries and sports physicals.
