We recruit 1 to 3 residents each year to join our four-year combined pediatrics/medical genetics training program. Individuals may enter a combined residency in pediatrics and medical genetics and genomics directly from medical school and after four years of residency will be eligible for ABMGG certification in Clinical Genetics as well as American Board of Pediatrics certification in Pediatrics.

Texas Children's Hospital, our primary pediatric training site, is one of the largest pediatric hospitals in the nation and is ranked among the top five in the U.S.
