Since 2017, there have been 41 graduates from the Gastroenterology fellowship. Eight graduates have pursued advanced fellowships (four in transplant hepatology, two in inflammatory bowel disease and two in advanced endoscopy). Twenty-five graduates are currently practicing in private practice, while the rest are in academic practices across the country. Many of our graduates continue to stay in touch and there is an annual reunion at Digestive Disease Week every year for all past Baylor GI alumni.
