2017 Annual Report
The 2017 annual report indicates many achievements on our Strategic Road Map. This report highlights accomplishments in our seven areas of focus ranging from major awards, discoveries and commercialization efforts to advanced initiatives, expanded diversity programs and additional faculty development offerings.
Our commitment to expanding our mission in the community were especially positive. We now have partnerships with two public middle schools in Houston, as well as our continuing successful relationship with the Michael E. DeBakey High School for Health Professionals. Our Global Health Initiatives program expanding its outreach around the world to find affordable, creative solutions for healthcare issues and our new Volunteer Time-Off Program is giving Baylor employees and opportunity to work in a variety of programs across the area.
