About the Badr Lab

The mission of the Badr lab is to develop, implement, and disseminate psychosocial interventions to improve the health behaviors and quality of life of cancer patients and their caregivers across the cancer continuum (i.e., at diagnosis and during treatment, post-treatment survivorship, and at end of life).

Active research studies focus on breast, gastrointestinal, genitourinary and gynecological cancers, as well as tobacco-related cancers including lung, head and neck, and bladder cancers.
