Mentoring
We value mentoring and training the next generation of diverse scientists. We believe that the most effective training allows individuals to become their own scientist with an identity that is distinctly theirs. Our mentoring philosophy centers around the uniqueness of each individual and tailors training to each person’s interests and strengths. By building confidence and providing career support in a respectful and collegial environment we aim to impact biomedical research far after members leave the laboratory.
