Professional Statement
I am a postdoctoral associate in Dr. Yang He’s lab. My research investigates how the brain integrates sensory and metabolic information to coordinate feeding behavior and energy homeostasis. I focus on hypothalamic circuits that communicate with the olfactory system to modulate odor-driven behaviors and metabolic responses. By combining neuroanatomical tracing, physiological recording, and behavioral analysis, I aim to elucidate the bidirectional interactions between sensory and metabolic systems and how these interactions become dysregulated in obesity and metabolic disorders.Selected Publications
